Q1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available across Pakistan. You can also pay via bank transfer or card where supported.

Q2. How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select size or variant, click Add to Cart, then Checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm.

Q3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, if the order hasn’t been shipped. Contact us quickly with your Order Number at support@elvinstore.com or +92 321 9551097.

Q4. How do I apply a discount code?

Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your code in the Discount field before payment.

Q5. Will my order include an invoice?

Yes. Your order confirmation email includes your invoice. You can request a stamped copy from support if needed.


Shipping & Delivery

Q6. What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery across Pakistan. No hidden fees.

Q7. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 2–5 business days for most cities. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Q8. How soon do you dispatch orders?

We usually dispatch within 24–48 hours on business days.

Q9. How can I track my order?

Use our Track Order page and enter your Order Number and phone/email. We’ll also send tracking updates by SMS or email.

Q10. What if my parcel is delayed or missing?

Returns & Exchanges

Q11. What is your return/exchange policy?

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. For wrong or defective items, we’ll replace or refund after verification.

Q12. Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it. For size or preference exchanges, the customer covers the courier both ways.

Q13. How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds typically process within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Q15. What fabric is “Crystal Cotton”?

Crystal Cotton is a smooth, breathable cotton with a gentle sheen. It feels soft, stays cool, and holds color well after washing—great for everyday use.

Q17. What is the size of your prayer mats?

Most of our quilted and premium mats are approximately 80 × 120 cm. Check the product page for the exact size of each design.

Q18. Are product colors accurate to photos?

We try our best to show true colors. Minor variations can occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Q22. Do I need an account to order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you view order history and faster checkout.
